Crafty in the Med

I am here to enjoy meeting other bloggers and to share my love of craft ,mostly crochet, my thoughts and my daily happenings here in Alicante,Spain, my adopted country. I belong to a local choir because singing and music makes me happy. Flea markets and book shops are two of my favourite places to be. I read lots......sci´fi/fantasy,buried treasure, and off world adventures. I have a passion for history! I walk and walk and walk for about 10 months per year during the hot months I swim.

Don't leave me alone!


If it does happen tomorrow and 
Google reader disappears as THEY have been announcing for the last few months, this is a very hasty plea....pretty please....... to not forget me. 
I continue to be here  on Bloglovin on Pinterest here  and Flickr here

    I've been told that if we do everything through our blogs, ie, look at other blogs, create a new post, etc (I do), then nothing will change ... I have subscribed to bloglovin, but hopefully, can carry on just as before.

    If the worst happens, it was lovely knowing you Amanda, and thank you for all your help and advice!

    Good Afternoon Amanda, Don't worry I am following you via Bloglovin'. You know what all this reminds me of.... do you remember on New Year's Eve in 1999, we were told, everything was going to go pear shape because of the year 2,000.... I don't remember anything going wrong then and I think whatever we loose through the changes being made, we can recover.

      Thanks Linda....that's nice and clear and I do hope that's right. It sounds logical to me but just in case I've got bloglovin not to lose you all. I'm in contact with a great many super bloggers and super nice people out there in the www and I don't want to lose them because Google has decided to make undergo more changes.

    Nope, I can still see you - but then I do everything connected with blogging through the blog anyway (mainly through inertia and lack of computer skills) so perhaps I can finally relax after all the dire warnings. xx
